Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If the Full WorkFit IQ Profile or any other one-time product doesn't deliver value for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the terms below.
One-time purchases
You may request a full refund of any one-time purchase within 14 days of the original transaction date by emailing support@workfitiq.com from the email address associated with the purchase. Please include:
- The email address used at checkout;
- The payment processor (Stripe or PayPal);
- The transaction date and amount;
- A brief reason (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve).
We will approve the refund and return the funds to your original payment method. Stripe typically completes refunds within 5–10 business days; PayPal typically completes refunds within 3–5 business days. Bank posting times may add additional delays.
What happens to your access
Once a refund is issued, the unlocked content tied to that purchase is revoked. Because results are stored locally in your browser, the most effective way to revoke access is the “Reset everything” control on the Dashboard; please run it after your refund clears.
Subscriptions (when offered)
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month or year. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
Premium Review (human-reviewed deliverable)
The Premium Review is a custom-prepared deliverable. Once we have assigned a reviewer and begun preparing your report, the purchase becomes non-refundable. If you change your mind before we begin preparation, you may cancel for a full refund. We will tell you in writing when preparation begins.
Chargebacks
We’d much rather hear from you directly. If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first at support@workfitiq.com; we resolve almost everything in one or two messages. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution because the case then sits with the payment processor for several weeks.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If you reside in a jurisdiction that grants additional refund or withdrawal rights (for example, the EU consumer-withdrawal right for digital content where applicable), those rights apply alongside this Policy.
